4 - Route 11（台11線）
What a privilege it is to be in Hualien! Drive north, and you can take the road to Suao, which runs atop the Qingshui Cliffs. Drive south, and you can take Route 11 to Taitung. This road runs lower, but also by the sea. You can drive while admiring the crashing waves, stoppping at the rest areas, beaches, and fishing villages along the way to play.
